The Mixing Pouring Tower production line mainly includes: 

  1. Cement weighing system: composed of weighing bucket, weighing sensor, pneumatic butterfly valve, pneumatic vibrator, screw conveyor, etc.

  2. Fly ash weighing system: same as cement weighing system

  3.  Water weighing system: composed of water weighing bucket, weighing sensor, pneumatic butterfly valve, water pump, water circuit

  4.  Foaming agent system: composed of foaming agent storage tank, foaming agent weighing bucket, weighing sensor, pneumatic butterfly valve, corrosion-resistant pump, foaming machine, pipeline

  5.  Polystyrene particle conveying system: composed of centrifugal fan, pipeline, metering bin, pneumatic butterfly valve, pneumatic vibrator, etc.

  6.  Vertical mixing system: The vertical mixer is composed of tank body, mixing device, drive device, pneumatic butterfly valve, etc.; the mixing blades are divided into two layers, at the high speed of the main shaft During operation, two streams are formed in the area, and the slurry shears, rolls and impacts each other, effectively dispersing and dissolving cement and fly ash in water, and quickly mixing them evenly.

  7.  Single-horizontal screw ribbon mixer, the mixing blade is screw ribbon type, pneumatic gate valve door opening, shaft-mounted reducer transmission, multiple shaft end seals to avoid shaft end leakage, the use of pneumatic gate valve can avoid leakage caused by slurry sticking to the door opening device; screw ribbon blades can quickly press polystyrene particles and foam into cement slurry for mixing, the three-layer screw ribbon conveys in opposite directions, the outer layer of the screw ribbon gathers the material from both sides to the middle, and the inner layer of the screw ribbon conveys the material from the center to both sides, forming a low-power and high-efficiency mixing environment, which will not destroy the EPS particle morphology and can quickly mix the slurry evenly.

  8.  Cement and fly ash supply system: composed of powder tank (prepared by the customer), powder tank accessories, and screw conveyor

  9.  Centralized control system: composed of operation cabinet, high-voltage cabinet, touch screen, electrical components, etc.,

mixing raw material supply, raw material metering, mixing, discharging, etc. are centrally controlled, and can be automatically/manually controlled

 10. Polystyrene particle production: EPS foaming machine, polystyrene particle storage bin is prepared by the customer

Main technical parameters of mixing equipment

1. Cement tank, fly ash tank---Storage cement 100T (prepared by the customer).

2. Powder tank accessories---Powder tank ash pulse dust removal, upper and lower material level detection, manual butterfly valve, safety valve, arch breaking device. (Optional)

3. Screw conveyor---Send cement and fly ash into the powder scale respectively; send cement and fly ash in the powder scale into the vertical mixer
